House Rules

  • Check in after 4pm / Check out by 11am.
  • A code for the gate padlock is provided, and there is an electronic keypad for the front door, with a unique key code for each guest.
  • No smoking anywhere inside the house.
  • Smoking is permitted on the balcony upstairs and in the garden / terrace. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the ashtrays provided and not in the garden area.
  • Dogs may be permitted, subject to request, and information provided regarding number of dogs, as well as size. Dogs would only be allowed in the kitchen. Strictly no pets allowed in the main house and bedrooms.
  • Table and glassware are provided for a maximum of 10 guests.
  • Eating and drinking in the bedrooms is not permitted.
  • Events are permitted on request, and with full details provided in advance.
  • Parties, and unregistered overnight guests are NOT permitted.
  • Small children must be supervised at all times.
  • There is a lost key fee of EUR50 if the back door key of the house is lost during your stay.
  • Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests.
  • The gardener comes twice a week to maintain the garden.
  • Our neighbour is permitted to enter through the lower car park to access his fields above our house, so guests may occasionally see him and/or his wife passing through below.
  • A basic cleaning and turnaround fee is included the house rental price.
  • We ask our guests to please ensure all dishes have been washed, the BBQ area is in it’s original state, the fridge is empty, the garden furnitures are returned to their original place, and all rubbish is removed from the house and garden.
  • If additional hours are required to clean the house, there will be an extra fee of EUR50/hour, deducted from the security deposit.
  • Any valuables or property left or used at the Property are at the Guest’s own risk. The Guest is responsible for the Property during the Rental Period, and must ensure that all windows and doors are locked securely when not on the premises. Any act or omission by the Guest, their party and/or visitors which may negate or prejudice the Property’s insurance policy and/or results in loss or damage is the Guest’s responsibility.
